The DOSH faculty members, along with undergraduate and graduate students, are dedicated in the study of safety and health hazards, exposure assessment, risk assessment and control technology in the occupational settings. Owing to the diverse professional backgrounds, our research covers a wide range of occupational hazards, such as physical and chemical agents (noise, radiation, chemicals, and dusts), biological agents (bioaerosols), ergonomic factors (workstation), and fire and explosion safety (flashpoints). Our collective efforts have been well recognized in top ranking journals, such as Environmental Science and Technology, Environmental Health Perspectives, Journal of Hazardous Materials, American Journal of Epidemiology, Journal of Chromatography, Building and Environment, and Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics. Building upon these successes, we will continue our efforts in advancing the achievements.
